Pros & Cons
Pros
Works great and seems rugged enough to withstand snag jams in intense brush. I just started using it and have to get used to how it balances.
The push button string loader is pricey but seems like it should last. It seriously out-performs my old one.
The chainsaw attachment also works well with this power head. I have the string trimmer and pole saw attachments (and an extension shaft for the pole saw) it eliminates some redundancy of power heads.
Ah battery lasts a long enough to trim around a medium size yard 2 or 3 times. We have a 6ft tall raspberry thorn bush taking over a huge space in our back yard maybe 20x15 and this thing eats it down to the ground to mulch. Photo is of previously ove... Read More
Cons
Amazon tells me it can take 37 days before i get my full refund.
Seems pricey for a brush cutter. Got the knob off and attempted to straighten the screw some. I have about 6 square peg tools that this won't work with.
Highlights
Quality
Easy assembly and worked great in my backyard brush

Price
Was faster and cheaper than hiring someone to come out and cut the high up branches on my trees.
$470 or 480 (can't remember for sure) for the power head, edger, trimmer, 4 amp hr battery and charger.
That was an expensive buy but worth it.
It is pricey but seems like it should last.
Packaging/appearance
I don't know what boxes are available for packaging but it could have been smaller.
Also, with the one piece of packing paper still didn't seem very secure.
Competitiveness
Spent way too many hours comparing ego vs milwaukee and others.
Bought this product and several other after husband bought the lawnmower by same brand.
I have a regular ego hedge trimmer, but you can't beat this for higher or deeper hedges.
