Pros

The bed cover is incredibly soft and plush. When i sit down on it, it feels more like sitting on a padded chair as opposed to a bouncy/springy bed surface.

Each mattress comes in large box all rolled up. Larger packages require recipients to travel to the ups office for retrieval, a problem for my two-seater sports car.

Everything is still looks good. Maybe that's because it's in combination with the firmness offered in this model. As someone who prefers a firmer mattress it’s perfect, and it fluffed up quite quickly. I’m pleasantly surprised.

The mattress is a very comfortable foam more on the firm side compared to my tuft and needle one. They are firm, comfortable and the grandkids slept well on them. It's super comfortable, she says, and she prefers it to her old mattresses.

Cons

Very uncomfortable to sleep on, it causes a backache. Looking into returning it so far within the 30 day window and shipping it back takes $56 out of the refund.
