Pros
The price is awesome too! Seamed to help my back pain some. I’m excited to see how it performs over the next few weeks.
It is the most comfortable bed i’ve laid on in a while. Your body literally molds to the mattress. No back problems for me or my husband.
Great nights rest for someone that never sleeps. He sleeps so much better and don’t complain when he gets out of bed in the morning. I use the mattress on a platform style frame and it's a little low to the ground.
Cons
Idle sleep is no longer in business. The pillows that came with it also are an issue, they never puffed up, they are just flat. No pillows are able to be used either - i have to start flat … and end up more curved than using a big pillow.
It is very heavy and came with the box all tore up and barely holding together. It also says it's cooling and motion isolating but trust me it's not.

Seriously the greatest mattress ever it’s the perfect combination of firm yet soft in all the right places.
The sleep quality of this mattress is great!
It was easy to unwrap and fully expanded within about an hour or two.
It took less than the recommended two hours to inflate and no smell.

I had a shipping issue with fedex that milly corrected and ensured my mattress (copper eco king) was delivered promptly.
The mattress is comfortable and was shipped in a timely fashion.
I received this mattress in only three days after placing the order.
It was delivered quickly and took no time at all to "take shape" after being in the box.
