There is a rubber gel like band around the bottom of the bra which helps it grip to your body better so there is no movement nothing worse than a bra that moves about

So after reading the other reviews saying that the bra was a bit large i went for a 32dd usually around an e cup and it actually is a bit too tight so maybe should have just stuck to the size

Only suggestion for any future improvement is to look at how the strap connects to the main body of the bra as it catches the material so doesnt loop through properly

This bra is great as it fits well and is really comfy in fact you could forget you had it on
