Pros

The 5 rows of eyelets really helps to tailor to your own needs. The craftsmanship shows in the stitching/construction of this shaper.

It supports my chest and relieves the pain in my lower back. It's very nice that it smooths my stomach too and i look better in clothes. Only downside is, it does nothing to wick away moisture, so sweat becomes an issue.

Cons

It looks like it has boning but whatever is in there is so flimsy it’s pointless. Pls do not buy it. Very underwhelming to say the least.
