Pros
The holder is ingenious for placing remote where it easily accessible. The hardest part is i like to have the * it and the base ain't exactly wide enough for it.
Cons
It appears to be built for any generic remote. It does not allow attaching the charge cable physically to the holder. It's not really any different than attaching a cup to the back of our tv and throwing the remote in there.

Love this product, stuck it on the wall next to my chair and now we never lose the apple remote.
Also, with the remote cover it is a very tight fit but it works.

The gel pad didn’t last long on the wall

I removed it and added removable 3m strips instead and have not had a problem
