Pros

They give enough protection to my knees on heavy squats. They help my tenndinitis when lifting weights. I have golfer's elbow on a 1 arm and this sleeve helps tremendously.

The xl is still tighter than i would prefer. They also wash easily in the machine. Gets a little stinky after a couple weeks of sweating.

Cons

The sleeves become stinky during use and it is nearly impossible to get them to smell okay. This product is a huge disappointment. Save yourself some time, spend the extra $30 and buy sbd.

The top opening of the sleeve is twice as wide as the bottom so you will never get a good fitment unless your body is disproportionate. The openings for the sleeve are extremely small and rigid, making putting them on/taking them off next to impossibl... Read More
