My elbow size is 26 cm so i got medium size fits perfectly i would not recommend to change for small size

You could get the size up from the recommended after measuring your arm but presumably then the compression will not be as effective

On another note the after sales from the company is great and genuinely seem to have great interest in you getting a great product and even offer a money back option if you find the support strap does not work and just want a refund
