I will admit i originally wanted the nordic ones but refused to pay an extra £10 just because i wanted the xl size.

Okay, i must confess i also use the rymora knee support, so perhaps i am bias towards rymora products, but there is one reason, they work.
I had tried a few other supports from amazon that looked very stylish but didn't give the comfort or support that i needed.

These are a little uncomfortable and can get a little sweaty if worn for an extended period of time but they really do offer good support and are not nearly as uncomfortable as some other support straps ive used

I measured the circumference of my elbow and it was a size medium however i wanted the supports to be tight so they offer proper support so i ordered a size down
