Pros
I have knee supports aswell and they are very good. The xl feels the perfect fit and the pain after lifting has gone. Durable and high quality.
Cons
Snug fit but really poor quality which snags and bobbles. When i sent an email explaining the issues i had, yes, you guessed right, no reply.
