Pros

Elderberry in liquid form is a great way to boost your immunity. I believe they have been my saving grace through this pandemic.

Like a berry lemonade ish flavor. The bottle comes sealed from inside and the bottle is plastic bottle. The supplement is chewable and easy to *. Only elderberry my 7 year old with chew.

These are the #1 best gummy vitamins i have ever had. Always fresh gummies. Approved by my picky 4-yr-old.

Cons

Elderberry gummies have done nothing to help prevent or shorten my cold (the longest cold i've had in my 29 years of living) i usually love the flavor, but these were more bitter, grainy, and tough.
