    I expected the item is big but in fact the dvr is like a medium size book and cameras are small

    The customer service contact with elec and then with amazon went very smoothly replacement camera was sent and i was able to install it quickly

    The only problem i encountered but was fixed quickly was after about a week or two camera 4s night vision appeared to have stopped working

    Unsure if there was anything i could do i took a chance and contacted the seller and within one day i had a response saying to send the camera back for a replacement
