Excellent easy to used good product
The 1 terabyte hard drive is what sold me on this unit but my unit didn’t have one and there was no manual the box said there was a manual or i wouldn’t have asked about it
I connected everything up but the unit wouldn’t record
Without opening up the unit i could see that there was no hard drive in it i looked through the vent holes in the cover so i emailed elecshack their 888 customer help number is an unidentified generic recording and doesn’t connect to a live person they assured me that there was a hard drive in the unit
