Pros

The elecom relacon is great. It is durable. The connection and battery life are exceptional. It has a couple quirks, but it's decent and probably one of the best of its kind, currently.

The elecom handheld trackball is comfortable to hold, the mouse * are both trigger style so you can easily click and drag with either or both *. Problem was resolved by un-installing the mouse and blue tooth drivers/devices.

Very ergonomic design. I have extremely large hands and it fits very comfortably. It works well in my medium sized hand.

Cons

Looks good in the pictures but it’s so flimsy and feels like a 10 dollar mouse. Defective scroll wheel, 2.

The ball sits loosely in the socket.

The install manual, just a printed page in multiple languages, is almost useless.

Paying $60 for a replacement bums me out.

The product should probably be cheaper than the cost.

Anyway, their support suggested couple things to try and sent a new trackball in which arrived within a week.

They responded next business day which surprised me based on reviews i have seen.
