Elecom us did not respond to email or messenger request for support. The horizontal scroll wheel tilt is painfully slow (set at max speed) and juddery.

Unfortunately, the plastic for the buttons broke over time and, despite all my efforts, i couldn't repair them.
Price
As i got it less than half price i can live with these annoyances, as aside that it is very good to use for many hours continuously.
It is 100 percent worth doing this bearing swap with the huge.
All in though, 'for the price' it's an acceptable device.
Shipping
If elecom had shipped it with these new bearings i would happily recommend it all day long.

In my case i got it with bearings making much resistance to moving the ball so when i overcome resistance often the cursor moved much further than i wanted

I couldnt easily disconnect this cable inside so i left it and later i broke fn2 cable on the other end due to twisting when i was trying to assemble it

Replaced an uprightsharks fin mouse which although good for my rsi still resulted in elbow stress do to constant movement
