Pros
Stable and responsive wireless connection. Easily programmable * using a very clear instruction sheet.
Absolutely brilliant product, excellent quality, solid build. Very high quality components and well engineered.
Handsome and comfy to use. Stable grip and no durability concerns. Should help with hand, wrist or forearm strain. Less painful than forearm tendonitis from using rodents.
Cons
This product deserves zero stars. Just stopped working. The receiver fails to connect. Broke in less than 6 months. Not comfortable to use on an iphone or ipad pro.

Very high quality product, i use it on bluetooth connection, works flawlessly, on high setting and high dpi
Packaging/appearance
Small movements result in the cursor doing a series of small bunny-hops across the screen.
Offers very stable grip, doesn't get too warm with prolonged use and no durability concerns (unlike rubberised coatings).
It's still lasting several weeks, but not the 6 - 9 months the m570 does.
Competitiveness
I've since bought an elecom deft pro.
It took a bit of time to adjust to the shape compared to my m570, but now it's comfortable for me.
Note that autohotkey cannot detect the additional buttons directly, you need to configure them in the elecom software.
The elecom software refuses point-blank to work on my machine (mojave).

This order was the second and third elecom track balls ive bought being really pleased with the first one previously ive had logitech ones and found that they are short lived slowly failing to not work at all regardless of how much you clean their sensors i suspect it is poor quality soldering or components no such issues have made themselves visible with the elecom versions

If you need to do anything that requires fine control of the pointer i suggest looking elsewhere
