Only downsides are the driver was a bit hard to get because the instructions were in another language. After that, it works really well. Downloaded the english instructions for easy setup.

It's built well, has a nice, sturdy feel and fits the left hand perfectly.
The buttons are all assignable, and that includes key combos like ctrl + s or whatever you like.
Seriously, have problems with my right hand, started involving the left one as much as possible to compensate.

I have a right handed ball mouse (different brand) and bought this to relieve my right hand from repetitive stress.

Much better than the logitech 570 i have for the right hand, this is slightly more curved and higher.

It has low and high mode my m57 doesnt have that and i had to put the receiver very close to the trackball in order to avoid the reception jittercons1

As other reviewer mentioned this is caused by the edge of parts surrounding the ball
