Pros & Cons
Pros
Eli calm his prove them wrong. Other than that, its terrific. I highly recommend the general public try them.
Cons
Move the cursor somewhere with trackball2. It's very hard to describe without seeing it, but what happens is you start moving the ball and the cursor doesn't move at all. The ball is very light and gets a little sticky, so for small movements it goes ... Read More
Manual is in japanese so i don't know how to configure it. I feel like it is only a matter of time before i drag some over bloated folder into a place i regret.
The click action is stiff, sometimes unresponsive and the fingers actually have to subtly grip the mouse every time you click. I also have a tendency for tendonitis and since opposable thumbs make us humans able to do many things, the loss of thumb us... Read More
It is hard to believe they charge this much for an inferior product. Thankfully more work is now willing to purchase a different brand for me.
Hand position seems ok at first, but over time it gets a little cramped as the controls are basically under the finger joints. The scroll wheel is sticky, and clicks through it's movement rather than a smooth rotation.
Highlights
Quality
Gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it feels like it could be made more solidly and durable.
Brought two liked first one then another after using over two years still working great.
With my massive monkey paw encompassing the entire device, this thing is not at all useful for any heavy graphics work!
Couple of days and i wouldn't give this up to go back to a normal mouse.
Price
Overall i'm happy with purchase especially at the price point.
I’d recommend this to anyone that needs one like this but doesn’t wanna spend a lot on it.
Competitiveness
I compared similar items and this one was the most reasonable price.
The quality of the build in this trackball is as high as the logitech trackman marble fx - which is a god in graphic peripherals!
I do find that the ball on this mouse is not as smooth as i have experienced in the past with another brand.
Compared to the marble, it's less smooth, but does eventually break in.

It is perfect for travel and laptops but with my alienware tower and 43 4k monitor trying to grab individual pixels in gimp is like trying to lasso a toothpick with fishing wire attached to a tennis racket
