Pros

Dehydrator works great and is super quite! Loving it so far. Mesh trays are able to support whole muscle beef jerky fully loaded and processed in 6 hours.

Dries fast, quiet, and the food keeps it's flavor/scent really well. Easy to use and comes with great recipes. Used to make deer jerky.

Cons

The fan isn't attached to the heater. Very disappointing. I mean, i'm handy, but then again i paid for a finished product,not a kit.

It seems like a very well built and sturdy product.

I got one with the fan blade off the motor, and had to remove the back cover (about 12 screws) in order to reattach it.

Wish the temperature settings were variable within 5 degrees, but i will make due with the limitations.

Machine works great, well worth the cost

I only wish i bought when it was at a low price.
