Pros

Works like a champ. I love this and it was decent price too. Highly recommend, wish i'd bought this sooner!

Do some experimenting with slice width and drying times until you get it just right. My first food that i dehydrated was mushrooms, then onions the second time. I use mine mostly for herb drying. Mushrooms and bell peppers are a favorite.

The size and multiple trays make it easy to cook multiple fruits and veggies at once - a real time saver. The trays go straight in tge dishwasher when fruits veggies are done drying.

Cons

The fan blows hot air through the treys, resulting in uniform drying through all treys. It burns things placed on the edge of the rack within an hour and the stuff in the middle of the racks will still be normal, hydrated. What i received has a knob a... Read More

The nutrichef dehydrator is for small fruits, nuts and berries' only. Is it counterfeit? I will never buy another nut dehydrator. It's way too cheaply made.

Don't be fooled and don't waste your money on this. It supposedly has a 1-yr. Warranty.
