Pros
Boils quite quickly and is definitely quieter than previous kettles. Works fine even if you tilt the jug a bit more.
Easy to fill. Pours without dribbling. Lid is a little bit fiddly with the filter attached to the cap.
It is a little heavy so people with mobility issues may require a lighter kettle. Has several temperature choices and also a keep warm function which is more handy than youd think.
Cons
Love the kettle but unsafe to use. Updating this review after ca 20 months’ ownership. Fortunately, it was not filled with boiling water. This is unfortunately unsafe so avoid buying.
Water collects on the base over the space of a few hours. When pouring the water would come through lid as well as spout. The open lid button is really flimsy.

To operate the kettle- press start to switch on the kettle, but this does not start any heating.
Competitiveness
The water in my area is hard so make sure you top up on oust descaler.

Kettle looks and works well but makes the coffee or tea a bit cloudy although it tastes ok

Only problems are lid dose not open enough to be able to clean properlyand filter in spout does not detach si you can also clean properly
