I love that it has temperature and timer controls, allowing it to shut off at the desired time. The timer is a great feature. Comes with a non removable cover that by far is one of my favorite features.

It heats up very fast. The only issue is that the product photos and description indicate it reaches 158°f, but it actually only goes up to 149°f.
My fiancé uses it when her back aches, or when she is cold…haha. Perfect for sore muscles.
Cons
Pad goes to set temperature then shuts off. You have to reselect the temperature for it to reheat.
When plugged in it just shows error code e1 - which is an internal malfunction. Displays e1 and cannot reset or clear error.

Nice size, comfortable, well made and helps my back.
All of the controls are easy to use and the construction seems good.
Having a bad back and neck, i have owned many heating pads.
She gets the most terrible back pain, and complains that my heating pad doesn't cover her whole back.
Price
Honestly, i wish it heated up more, but the current heat level is sufficient for its price.
Not expensive and exceeded the 3 year warranty.

Had an issue and customer service was quick to reply and correct the issue.
