I bought this with the intention of helping to relieve some of the extreme neck and shoulder tension i get.
It comes with the wall adapter and the vest, plus a small, quick manual.
Again i must say i was so impressed with the quality, but can't comment on the heating or massaging feature because i couldn't get it on.
Used the product for shoulders and neck.
Price
My nearest ups store is 45 minutes away, so a drop off ups is my only alternative and the cost is around $8.

Also be warned that you will pay return postage if you are not near a ups store where it can be returned with free shipping.

Due to the fact that it needs lots of power to spin and heat it cannot be designed as portable

One can use it loosely hanging on them but you wouldnt be able to velcro and clasp it closed around your chest and shoulders if youre buxom or somewhat heavyset fyi

Theres two buttons on the vest just to the left of the adapter connection

Pressing either again once and it drops to medium white and then blue last low
