Hamilton beach is a good brand, but upon first use, i know why they sent it back. The 5 year warranty (in canada) is useless as it excludes shipping back and forth which costs almost the same as the knife itself. Who wants another knife just like the ... Read More

Knife blades are not secure and wobble inside housing while carving turkey. Handle heats up quite rapidly the point of being unable to comfortably hold the knife.
