Pros

Longtime back pain sufferer…immediate pain relief. Works the knots out of my neck which i love. I only wish the heat could be warmer and shoulder area was easier to maneuver. The only bummer is, it doesn't get my shoulders or frozen levator scapulae.

Cons

Really disappointed in the inaccurate 'positive' reviews amazon is now posting on so many bad products. Doesn't work well and hurts. I find this extremely inappropriate and feel like maybe this is why it has a majority of positive reviews.

When you lean your body weight into the device it struggles to work. It provides a button to reverse, but does not stop reversing. The straps used to'strap it to stuff' are small.

The pillow is narrow and the massaging nodes are very hard. Don't like the vinyl material.
