Pros

Super convenient for hot tea, ramen etc. The water heats fast and stays hot and is the best, most delicious thing ever at 5am when the tiny turdlers have woken. This heats up my water much more quickly compared to my past water heaters or even boiling... Read More

The appliance can be used to make coffee, soup, and even hot chocolate. The rotating base feature gives peace of mind since it allows my parents to get refills if they need at any angle.

Cons

It did not work out of the box, terrible instructions, and when you call the customer support number listed on amazon, you get a recording that keeps saying your first in line for about 15 minutes.

Really like the slick design and this really work well.

I wanted my hot tea so bad, and trying to wait the time for the water to boil was literally making my mornings miserable.

Even after an unfortunate tumble off the rv counter that almost made me lose my mind.

Great value and it serves the purpose of having hot water throughout the day.

Also, it seems reasonably priced and has a good form factor.

Shipping

Only complaint was it was dented from shipping/delivery.

Competitiveness

I would recomment this as an alternative to the 100-200 + name brand that seems to be so popular.

This addition is for my personal use at work in a tiny cubicle for couple of reasons:1) it is much cheaper than the name brand.

It's comparable to zojirushi but much easier on wallet.

For health reason, we started looking for a stainless steel inner pot instead of buying the same brand.
