Disappointed that the product was not boxed as per the advert the box would have offered more protection whilst in transit as the item is quite flimsy without unsealing it from the sellophane wrapper it was impossible to test it to ensure it was working ok before giving to the recipient for whom this gift was intended so fingers x that it actually worked ok i have awarded 4 stars as i have the identical item and it is a handy bit of kit you need a flat surface to trap the insect eg a window pane or worktop surface then once it is trapped you press the button and the electrification takes place sometimes the insect is just stunned and a 2nd zap is necessary had the item been in the packaging as advertised i would have awarded 5 stars
