Works great - if you are using it to mine bitcoin, i highly recommend that you don't use the included sata adaptor.
There are more ideal risers that can draw more power, but by using the 5v rail you do get more capacity on the 12v rail
The only recommendation i would make would be change the molex to sata adapter to a non molded as it heats up and could cause a fire.
