I see a lot of comments about the app being difficult to work but i find it quite easy i think its just a matter of how good you are at working electronics
It really is very easy to use just remember to give it a charge first and install the august fit app on your phone and you are good to go
This is a bluetooth device so make sure bluetooth is enabled on your phone
Just remember to hold the button in for a couple of seconds if you are going to sleep this changes it to sleep mode and then hold it in again when you wake up to change the mode back
