Torque is great for such a tiny motor. Their step size is really fine due to their gearing. They have 5mm shafts that have a flats on opposite sides if the shaft.
It's great that we have a pluggable connector instead of wires soldered on. It's nice that the board and motor are together so we don't have to guess if they'll cooperate. Great little motors and nice controller board.
Cons
Have experienced this with other chinese products bought thru amazon.

I like this product due to its price is very affordable
The packaging and everything was very nice and getting five motors and five drivers for this price is incredible
Packaging/appearance
There is a bit of slop in the gearing when stationary but not much maybe 25°
Competitiveness
They are not as precise as a nema stepper but perfect for the price
Perfect for connection to a breadboard arduino etc
Also these are not industrial stepper motors for your production line

The driver board will heat up considerably from normal use and as a result the torque and position accuracy of the motor will fall

The wholesale price of a uln2003 driver chip is about 13 to 12 the cost of a dip16 heatsink which is to say a dip16 heatsink is two to three times the cost of the uln2003 driver chip and the heatsinks are not easy to get a hold of either

I would guess that most people learning about stepper motors with this kit wont need the extra expense of the heatsink since they wont be using the kit for very long so the heatsink isnt included

For a cheap alternative to a dip16 heatsink that is actually much better for this particular driver board use two generic 10x10 mm heatsinks that can be found on amazon for raspberry pi cooling or in 3d printer cooler kits

In the picture i added you can see a board with two 10x10 mm heatsinks in the foreground the background is a board with no heatsinks
