Pros

Good demo on the product functionality was given. Installation experience is good. noisy fans. Product noise is more and sensor is good.

Cons

Technician refuses to do any cutting or modification work even for extra charges. Customer care people are worse they don’t even know how to behave. I tried to communicate this to both amazon and elica.

Description says the duct pipe lenght is 9-10 feet. Give me a headache after a while. Please co-ordinate for installation,till there is no call from elica for tion.

Air leakage is there. But that leaking air making noise. It has lot of noise and vibration due to poor build quality.

Price

I would request to include the said cost in mrp,then we haven't need to negotiable to thirty party service provider.

But installation cost is too high and i have to bear nearly 2k .

Nice product in a very affordable price executive was very supportive who came for installation n given proper guidance about product.

Elica's services are very prompt and fast, quite happy with the demo and service.

They called the same day delivery happened.

I ordered the product yesterday and it got delivered today morning at 8 and got ut installed on the same.
