Pros
The only downside in my opinion is that the inbuilt light is a bit insufficient. Service is good but quite costly. Suction power is more that sufficient. Noise level, suction power good enough.
Cons
The installation service of elical is pathetic. I have made more that 15 calls to service centre, bur they are unable to provide installation services. Within 2 months after installing oil is leaking from the led bulbs.
No proper demo from company on the product. They are only interested in selling the product and least bothered after the product is brought. No even able to * even a coffee smoke.
The chimney is too loud. Very unprofessional and not customer centric. I have been called 1000 times from them, very irritating.
