Pros
Very very beautiful and slim. Burner size is really good. Design is sleek.
Nic product easy cleaning and burner is good working. With glass top it looks sturdy. Very easy to clean.
Customer care is responsive and quick. Placement of burner is also good, makes it easier to use. One and only cons is it's auto ignition which doesn't work properly.
Cons
Customer service is equally poor. The iron stand (where utensils have to be placed) is equally of inferior quality. They say warranty is applicable only if they visit for installation.
