Pros

Can easily adjust the filling to your liking. The filling is exactly as pictured. The inner case has a zipper and is not thin like some similar products.

I have degenerative neck issues, so support is key but i also need comfort. These are great pillows. I now wake up a lot less tired and it has given me the sleep that my body has been needing!

This pillow is worth the money. The pillow is different than your standard feather pillow.

Cons

Toxin free certification is not on the pillow. Will try removing some of the filler, but have doubts as to their ultimate comfort level.
