Pros

This toaster is a lifesaver. Does what it's supposed to do. Works fast. Speed is also good.

The high-lift lever and removable crumb tray make it incredibly user-friendly. It slides out easily, making it simple to discard crumbs and keep the toaster clean. It is so easy to clean out crumbs.

Cons

Can't adjust the darkness, it's either too light or burnt. The dial and toaster are black so one can't see what the setting is. Shame on amazon for allowing such junk to be sold.

Will have to return. Defective design. Second one broke the exact same part and the seller refuses to take it back.
