They come out perfect everytime. I make deviled eggs and egg salad all the time now because it’s so easy to do the eggs with this product.

It works well just burns the bottom a little when it dings. Do not overfill. As for the hole that needs to be poked in the egg, it is best to poke it from the bottom.

Very nice quality, cleans easily. The only slight downside is clean-up. I do buy brown, pasture raised eggs and they leave a little residue on the base.

Just put the water in the little pan, put your eggs on the tray. They still cook just fine without poking the hole with the device provided. Once the water evaporates that’s when they are done cooking.

Timer is not exactly a timer. After the eggs are finished cooking the buzzer goes off. Also the beeping is incredibly loud and annoying, beeping continuously until you can turn it off.

Once you figure out how much water to use for your individual tastes, it is ok, but omlette will probably not ever be used. Poached eggs were either overcooked and tasted like hard boiled eggs or undercooked with runny white.
