This is the first time i was able to eat bread since my hiatal hernia surgery 8 years ago. Polk the dough and add in flour or liquid by tablespoon if needed.
This programmable bread maker is excellent! This is by far the best i've ever used. It does everything i need it for.

All in all, very disappointing. Refused my calls and e-mails. Requested details on the cycles, still waiting.
This machine is not for gluten free bread. There is no gluten to knead and develop, but this machine has multiple cycles of rise, knead. The loaves are dense and squatty. The dough is lumpy mush at the bottom of the pan that doesn't rise.

As far it works great already baked and ate my first loaf 😊 super happy
After making 2 loaves and neither rising very much and basically duds, i returned it thinking it was the heating element.
Simple instructions, used the recipe provided and the bread was delish!

Straightforward to use, recipes included, and was inexpensive.
Much more affordable than “big box” names!
Oh, i forgot it wasn't expensive so great value for money.
The price is well worth it, and i honestly haven’t bought bread at the grocery store in months.

A replacement was sent and it was no better.
It arrived yesterday and i used it immediately.
