Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the first time i was able to eat bread since my hiatal hernia surgery 8 years ago. Polk the dough and add in flour or liquid by tablespoon if needed.
This programmable bread maker is excellent! This is by far the best i've ever used. It does everything i need it for.
I use jam function because it’s the highest temperature heating function for this machine. One suggestion i would have for the manufacturer is that it would be nice to have a breakdown on each cycle as to how long it performs. From what i know, it is ... Read More
The instructions are very easy to follow. Put ingredients in, change the self explanatory settings, and press start. The instructions really explain where each button is, and what it means so well that i actually felt comfortable not labeling the *. I... Read More
Cons
All in all, very disappointing. Refused my calls and e-mails. Requested details on the cycles, still waiting.
This machine is not for gluten free bread. There is no gluten to knead and develop, but this machine has multiple cycles of rise, knead. The loaves are dense and squatty. The dough is lumpy mush at the bottom of the pan that doesn't rise.

First of all, while the description did seem to describe this machine as all metal, it does in fact have a plastic body.
Price
I can live with that to save $10 over the cost of a white or lime green machine.
Competitiveness
I bought this machine to replace one i bought about a year ago from amazon, that one was the "amazon basic" brand sold by amazon.
The elite gourmet machine looks like a close copy, probably made in the very same factory in china that the amazon machine was.
