Pros
The urn heats the coffee nice and hot. The spout on this urn is higher than that on others so you can fit larger cups under the spout. The taste, and heat is on point.
It does exactly what it says it does and i love it. Just as good as the much more expensive brands. Stellar product. Well made by the manufacturer.
Cons
The pot is not designed to be kept on continuously. Leaves a lot of over spilled coffee on lid. Spewed hot coffee outside the machine all over the place.
Difficult and neglectful policies. Embarrassing, messy, could have burned someone. Don't waste your time with this junk.

But all in all, i’m a big coffee person and this is hands down the best coffee we have had in a looooong time.
Pressure needs to be able to leave, otherwise you have a janky pressure cooker that will probably hurt you.

If you over fill it with water it will 100 shoot boiling hot water at you and youll deserve it
