Pros

This toaster crushes $300 toasters all day. It toasts bread, bagels, english muffins, and texas toast. It is the best toaster ive ever used!

Cons

This is the worst toaster i’ve ever owned. It burns bread and bagels when you have it on the lowest setting. It doesn't fit a standard slice of bread, the top part sticks out of toaster. Only would toast in certain areas.

All that said, i wish i forked out a little more and bought something nicer. Tried all of the tips from their customer support to no avail. Media could not be loaded. But quit working & is past the 1 year warranty period.
