Pros
It toasts beautifully because it has a timer. The top rack for croissants and buns is useful.
Loved the design and black color. It’s low-profile & sleek looking. I like it so much that i bought a second one in case it becomes discontinued.
Cons
The other drawback with this model is the dial knob is black and the dial marker is black. If a product doesn't properly do its one main job, the company needs to review and rework that product.
Smells like burnt toast everytime used. Now it only heats on one side.

I havent had it very long but am working on the adjustment so its toasty on the surface
