Pros

It toasts beautifully because it has a timer. The top rack for croissants and buns is useful.

Loved the design and black color. It’s low-profile & sleek looking. I like it so much that i bought a second one in case it becomes discontinued.

Cons

The other drawback with this model is the dial knob is black and the dial marker is black. If a product doesn't properly do its one main job, the company needs to review and rework that product.

Smells like burnt toast everytime used. Now it only heats on one side.

Love it and the cord is long enough and toast great on both sides.

Toasts very well just have to get used to new settings.

Good that it toasts your stuff evenly instead of one side barely toasted and the other burnt.

I have placed them every way i can and they toast darker on one side and not so much on the other and also end to end is like that.

For the price, this one is incredible so far!

Very basic but perfect if we consider the price.

I did have to do the burn off process twice, but that was no big deal.
