It heats up quickly and toasts evenly, saving me time during busy mornings. Sometimes just one toast cycle is a little less toasted or more toasted than you want. It's heats evenly and tge warmer is a bonus.

The only thing i dont like about the design is the cord is on the same side as the lever, which means it faces away from me when its plugged in. Overall we love it, and it looks good with out appliances. Great stainless steel appearence and color.

It burns bread and bagels when you have it on the lowest setting. Looks great but plastic melts. Some coils light and heat and others don't. Also burned outside of toast….

Buy a name brand instead…. Don't wast your money. Getting rid of it. Do not recommend.

Toaster slits are long, they are very shallow. It's not a good toaster. Seasoned toaster and same thing.

Toast flies out when it is ejected. Launches the toast so forcefully that it sometimes lands on the floor. Gets stuck in the toaster on the flimsy design.

Even on highest setting bread is barely toasted at all. Inconsistent toasting. Only the bottom 2/3 of the slice is toasted.
