Pros

The elite gourmet electric skillet is great for non-stick, and cleans up really easily. Even though it is not submersible it is easy to clean.

Great cooker. Makes perfect eggs, omelets, stirfry, etc. Makes good bacon. This pan is just the right size for two people.

Heats evenly. Temperature could be adjusted by knob. It heats quickly & evenly.


Cons

The skillet base begins heating as soon as it's plugged in. Not about an air fryer. This is the worst skillet i’ve ever purchased.

    If you have a pan of hot food oil sauce or such you dont want to be yanking on the cord to detach it and slosh burning lava everywhere

    I wanted to simmer a dish that i make but when i set the temperature the heat element either comes on full strength or shuts off entirely
