Pros

Lid sits securely in place with a steam vent. Heats evenly and quickly to the set temp. It heats up quickly and cleans easily.

The heating element coverage over the whole bottom eliminates hot spots. It works very well and using a damp paper towel to wipe up immediately after cleaning. It is small and light weight, making it great as a portable solution.

My favorite cookware item. It' such an improvement over my earlier skillet. Perfect for soups, stews, french toast.

Cons

Buyer beware. It sticks so bad. I've been trying to get a refund for 3 days. No, not happening.

Center heats hotter than the sides so food overcooks in the middle and undercooks at the sides. Hard to control heat, goes down and up in temp. Less than 1/8 inch on the dial.

The handle was broken and had visibly been repaired. It got so hot that it melted the plastic on the bottom area that allow for wrapping the cord for storage.

I know when a pan goes bad. It is not nonstick. The ceramic coating was already scratched. Not happy with the flimsy pan.

Price

Large cook surface depth is nice for sauce and pasta dishes at a great price.

The price was about what you pay elsewhere.

I rarely use my stove as propane is very expensive.
