Cleaning is pretty easy too. It literally wipes clean with a paper towel. Features a warming tray.

It works as described and is very durable. It is much lighter weight than i had expected. It does the job really nicely!

This griddle is versatile and could be used for lots of other items such as pancakes, grilled cheese, saute vegetables, veggie burgers. It holds a loaf pan perfectly.

Cons

It heats up slowly and than goes off. The thermostatic control makes it either 'full on or full off' the connection between the griddle and the power cord is loose. It burns everything where the heat elements are.

It heats up quickly and is non stick.

After a single wash, anything i cook is stuck on the surface.

This little griddle saved us hundreds of dollars from dining out on our weeks vacation in a hotel home without a kitchen!

For $19 i expected something usable for a long term.

I bought this grill because it was on sale.
