Pros

Using this is so much easier than beating on a lid with a knife and/or running it under hot water. It's battery operated. I usually use a v-shaped manual jar opener but arthritis in my thumbs is making it harder for me to use that opener successfully.... Read More

This opener is a huge disappointment, thoroughly disillusioning. It only leads to frustration and disappointment, failing to fulfill its intended purpose.
