Pros

Could use some checkering or other patterning on the handle to improve gripping ability. It is user friendly. It's lightweight and easy to handle.

The inserting of the blades is a learning process. The blade is also very sharp and durable. I was impressed with its strength and the smoothness of the cut.

I love this elite gourmet knife because it is cordless. I also love that it is rechargeable and comes with a charging stand. The cordless design and rechargeable battery provide convenience and portability.

Cons

The motor is simply not up to *. Poor quality control in the mechanism often makes this step a confounding and frustrating experience.

It requires substantial force to get the blade pins past the female acceptor. Attempting to use on squash is downright dangerous. Didnt work right and dudnt feel safe lol putting the blades in. Won't cut butter. Wouldn't cut through the top crust.

I highly recommend this knife especially at this price well worth the money quality like the more expensive ones.

Comes in really nice gift box and packaged very well.

Comes in a sturdy cardboard box and includes a large serving fork and two sets of blades, one for meat and one for breads.

Took right out of package and put blades in.

I've tended to lean towards well-known brands that i am familiar with, so i hesitated to order as i have never heard of this one.
