Pros
The lid keeps splatters/grease and smoke at bay. Since i don't have enough counter space to keep it out, i store it on a set of shelves that also hold other infrequently used kitchen items.
The 11 inch is actually bigger than one would think. Expect to use an extension. The short cord takes up little space. Hence the four-star rating.
It cleans up super easy. And cleanup is very easy. Nice for apt dwellers.
The food is cooked quickly and delicious. Cooks fast and even and easy to clean. I am not a cook, and this makes it easy to be decent, and cook healthy meals.
Cons
It looks like the prongs are broken on one side where it plugs into the grill. It heats terribly unevenly!

Love the fact this product is easy to use, lightweight but sturdy.
This grill is lightweight and very easy to manage from cooking to clean up and fits nicely on a shelf stored away in moments after meals!
It squeezes the back of the sandwich too tight and the front too loose.
If you know what i mean,,black colored appliances are not the easiest to keep shiny clean, mine shows everything!
Price
So far, a great value for the money.
To be fair, this is an overgrown george foreman grill with a lid but it does do small scale basic grilling for less than $40.
I treated it as a $40 gamble that worked.

We finally got around to using this little indoor grill we bought during prime days and the only issues i have are the temperature control seems to be off by maybe 20 degrees and the little drain cup just falls out if you touch it

Were a household of two and after much debate decided its a bit foolish to fire up any of our big outdoor grills to just cook one or two pieces of chicken or whatever

However every time i put away this grill or lift it off the shelves the danged little drain cup falls out

Ive tried umpteen times to find a way to 34latch34 it in place but there appears to be no way to prevent this little part from just falling out when you touch it or just move the grill from one place to another
