This is a very nice piece of food making machinery to have around the house. This machine is compact & portable, perfect for small and large sized kitchens. It is a kitchen item you don't know you need until you try it.
The device has rotary dial heat controls to give you precise control over desired doneness. It heats evenly and quickly. Gets very hot. Handle stays touchable when unit is heated.
I generally flatten the chicken breast using a kitchen mallet. It has floating hinges, which self adjust to the thickness of your food. Flexible hinge good for thick sandwiches.
It has a hinge that allows for sandwiches of all sizes and it’s slanted so the attached drip plate is able to catch anything that might try to escape. It's also easy to clean and because it's small, it's easy to store.

I did notice in the instructions that it says you can use it to cook food immediately but i do not recommend that

The thing smelled awful on first startup and i sacrificed four pieces of bread to get that stuff off of it

Ive never found one that is actually easy to clean and if you use anything that will melt such as cheese it will get inbetween its cracks crevasses and wherever it can fit into and probably stay there for as long as you have the thing unless you want to completely disassemble it

The plates themselves are great and nothing ever sticks to them so the cooking part is as least easy to clean

I recommend this if youre too lazy to use a pan to cook sandwiches manually with an oven top or you simply dont have an oven

I bought one from walmart and it was so small you couldnt put a whole slice of bread on it
