Cons

Unpacked this product and found a loose screw in the box. Opened the lid and the bottom plate lifted with it, there are no screws holding the plate to the body. The ingredients just leak out the side and leave you with two tortilla shells.

This is a terrible quesadilla maker. This is way too high of a rating for a cheap pos.

Easy to close, easy to clean - works as it should

Top latch is not as "ruggedly built" as my 15 year old prior version (same company) that stopped working.

Unit would be improved if grills were removable for cleaning.

Great price, great product and easy to use.

However, i was very disappointed to open the box and find that some of the non-stick surface had already been scratched in two places 😢
