Pros
Makes great quesadillas without having to flip. Key is not to slam it down or treat it badly. I do hope the company re-designs the hinge.
Cons
We put chicken and veggies in ours and the lid will not close. The ingredients just leak out the side and leave you with two tortilla shells. It gets muchy and the cheese melts all over the quesadilla maker. It doesn't close when it has filling.
